These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://linksmint.com (the "Service"), operated by Linksmint ("Linksmint," "we," "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Key Terms
"Buyer" means a user who places an order. "Seller" (or "Publisher") means a user who lists a site and fulfills orders. "Listing" means an offer shown on the marketplace. "Order" means a purchase made through the marketplace. "Escrow" means funds are held until an order is completed and approved or otherwise resolved under these Terms.
What Linksmint Does (and Doesn't Do)
Linksmint provides a marketplace where Buyers and Sellers can connect and complete orders. Linksmint is not the owner of Seller websites and does not guarantee traffic, rankings, or SEO results. Search engine behavior, indexing, and algorithm changes are outside of our control.
Accounts
You must be at least 18 to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and be responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for the marketplace.
Listings and Orders
Sellers are responsible for ensuring their Listings are accurate and that they have the right to sell placements on the sites they list. Buyers are responsible for reviewing Listings before ordering and providing correct instructions (such as target URL, anchor text, and any requirements) at checkout.
Payments, Fees, and Escrow
All payments must be made through Linksmint. When a Buyer places an order, funds are held in escrow until the order is completed and approved or resolved.
Linksmint charges marketplace fees as shown at checkout, including any commission or service fees. Current fees are: 10% marketplace fee and (if applicable) DFY fee +10% Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers.
Attempting to bypass Linksmint to pay or communicate outside the platform for the same transaction is not allowed and may result in account suspension and loss of platform access.
Delivery, Approval, and Disputes
An order is considered delivered when the Seller provides the agreed placement and proof (such as a live URL) that matches the Order requirements.
Buyers must review and approve delivered orders within 10 after delivery. If a Buyer does not respond within that period, the order may be treated as approved and escrow may be released.
If something is wrong (for example: incorrect URL, incorrect anchor text, missing placement, or other clear mismatch with the Order), the Buyer must open a dispute within the review period. Linksmint may request evidence and may decide the outcome, which can include fixes, partial refunds, full refunds, or release of payment.
Refunds
Refunds are handled based on whether an order was delivered as agreed and whether issues are raised within the allowed review period. When refunds are approved, they are typically returned as wallet balance depending on how your platform works. Where supported, users may also request a withdrawal of refunded wallet balance back to their bank account in accordance with the platform’s payout and verification requirements.
Content Rules and Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful, misleading, abusive, or harmful activity. You may not submit content or links that infringe someone else's rights. You may not manipulate the platform, submit fake listings, misrepresent site ownership, scrape data, use bots, or interfere with the Service.
We may remove content or restrict orders that violate these Terms or raise legal or platform integrity concerns.
Intellectual Property
Linksmint owns the Service, software, and branding. You keep ownership of the materials you upload, but you give Linksmint permission to use them as needed to operate the Service (for example: processing orders, showing order details to the other party, customer support, and dispute handling).
Marketplace Liability Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Linksmint does not guarantee continuous availability of any site, the permanence of placements, indexing by search engines, traffic stability, or ranking improvements. Metrics from third-party tools can change and are not guaranteed.
Linksmint provides a marketplace that connects Buyers and Sellers and facilitates orders, escrow, and dispute handling. Linksmint is not the seller of Listings, does not own or control Seller websites, and does not guarantee traffic, rankings, indexing, or SEO results.
Sellers are responsible for accurate Listings, having the right to sell placements, and delivering orders as agreed. Buyers are responsible for reviewing Listings, providing correct instructions, and approving or disputing delivery within the review period.
We guarantee delivery quality to the extent that placements must match the Order requirements at the time of verification (for example: the correct target URL, anchor text, and placement type). If a delivered order does not match what was ordered, the Buyer must raise the issue within the review period so it can be fixed or resolved through the dispute process.
Disputes and refunds are handled only under these Terms. If a Buyer does not act within the review period, the order may be treated as approved and escrow may be released. Approved refunds are typically returned as wallet balance, and where supported, refunded wallet balance may also be withdrawn to a bank account subject to payout and verification requirements.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Linksmint will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or SEO-related outcomes. Linksmint's total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order (or: the amount of Linksmint fees earned on that order).
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we believe you violated these Terms or created risk for the marketplace. Orders in progress and escrow balances will be handled under these Terms and any applicable policies.
Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on the Service with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.
